An Enigma Expedition is a unique travel experience where we provide a series of puzzles and riddles that guide you through a mystery adventure in a destination. You’ll uncover hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path locations as you solve each clue.

We craft your personalized itinerary first — you pay nothing upfront. Once your expedition is ready, you’ll receive a preview showing your starting destination and overview. If you love it, approve it and pay in full. For “Surprise Me” expeditions, the starting city is revealed at preview. Your satisfaction is our standard.

For domestic adventures, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For international trips requiring flights, book 8–12 weeks in advance. Rush options are available for an additional 50% of the base price.

You’ll receive a comprehensive document containing your personalized itinerary with categorized attractions and sub-attractions, riddles crafted to your requested difficulty level, clues, easier versions of riddles, and answers (hidden in a digital scratch-off style), a keyed route/map showing general riddle locations, and salient advice and information for your adventure.

Standard adventures are typically ready within one week of purchase. Open-ended or extended adventures may take two weeks or more. Rush options are available for an additional 50% of the base price — a week-long itinerary can be expedited to 3–4 days for an additional $200.

Yes! We can accommodate children, pets, and various disabilities in our adventure planning. Please provide details when booking so we can tailor the experience appropriately. We strongly recommend noting any requirements in your Seeker’s Codex questionnaire.

We don’t currently handle bookings — we provide the adventure framework, allowing you the flexibility to choose your own transportation and lodging. We recommend booking airfare, vehicle rental, and accommodation only after receiving your itinerary, so your travel arrangements align perfectly. Travel booking assistance may be available for an additional fee — contact us for details.

We don’t offer refunds, but we’re committed to customer satisfaction. Since you approve your itinerary before paying, you’re never locked into something you don’t love. If you’re unhappy with your experience, please contact us to discuss options.

Yes — we strongly advise compliance with all local laws and regulations (drone flying, pet access, photography restrictions, etc.). Customers are responsible for travel documents, personal safety, and obtaining travel insurance. A liability waiver is required before embarking.
